Be careful. If north dakota is too successful, the unemployed hungry liberal hordes will descend like a swarm of locusts destroying everything around them.
That has been the pattern everywhere. They invaded CA from the northeast and from Mexico and then from CA they invaded the Pacific Northwest, Colorado and New Mexico.
Your bank and your freedoms will then be gone.
