Quoting: Doommincus Maximus It's up to 47 now, and that's my point. We don't need to Secede...we need to expell Washington D.C. from the Union... Now ..... THAT is a concept worth considering....and might even be plausible.  Let us talk then......these Secession petitions have opened that door to dialectic discussion. That or get 2/3 of the states to vote on a bill of NO CONFIDENCE in the federal government and call for all branches to be disolved. This is a remedy under our Constitution...
