Under the draft rules, ordinary homeowners may face six years in prison and fines of $100,000 a day if they are deemed serial offenders of such new crimes as allowing sprinklers to hit the pavement, washing a car in the driveway, or, conceivably, failing to pick up dog poop promptly from their own backyards, let alone the sidewalk.

Cities throughout San Diego, south Orange and southwest Riverside counties must enforce the law, and set up 24-hour hot lines for people to report violations by their neighbors.

The new regulations even apply to firefighters, who would be forced to somehow capture and scrub the water running down the street from fire hoses and burning buildings......

What is needed is a close inspection of all Senior Public Servants residences...maybe a camera placed over their gardens and taps, and one up the arse of the 2 kitties roaming around No. 10 Downing Street; to find out exactly where they are off-loading..At least the public could control that, unlike the filthy turds from their masters mouths dumped without sanction in billions of living rooms regularly and expect us to try and clean up...fuuuuuuck sake!!!!

Where I come from, it's common courtesy to pick up dog shit whether it's your yard, your neighbor's yard, or even the yard of someone you don't like or don't know. This is without the threat of fines and all that.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23683415

Who the hell cares about dog shit in my yard? I have a fence around it with barbed wire, and the door is never answered. If I catch you on my land, I will warn and photograph you that the next time I catch you, you will be arrested. Nobody is welcome unless invited.

BTW, I don't have a dog. My alarm is far more effective.

Starting to get annoyed at all the republican bullshit.

UN agenda 21 ≠ liberal or conservative

They are fucking with your minds. The difference is, a liberal individual, who tends to be more educated, will blame corrupt government officials. And the conservative, who tends to be near-sighted on everything, always blames the other guys, the liberals.

They divide. They keep doing the same trick over and over, and you guys keep falling for it again and again. Which only shows how smart you guys really are...

It's not that bad living under communism...
Well, sometimes there is no food, electricity and you have to learn how to tell anti government jokes without getting in trouble and such fun staff...

It is so nice without electricity, imagine all of the romantic dinners with your partner, not having a car is also for your own good. You'll be in good shape from walking and the rivers will be soooo clean with happy fish swimming inside (since there is no car to wash), after all think about planet Earth!
And the firefighters, you have to admit are PRETTY wasteful with that water ... you'll survive. Believe me, I did for almost 20 years. grinning

That's Colorado.

How come so many hate Cal, while the state pays more taxes than all the southern border states combined and receives less back? The rest of the country will take the money from the 6th largest economy in the world, and sit and rip on a place most have never even been.

It's a HUGE state with big cities, small towns, rural farm towns, mountain towns, deserts, oceans and beach communities, lots of conservatives (try Santa Barbara county), liberals, in-betweens, veterans, military bases galore and a lot of hard working people just like anywhere else.

I spent my first christmas day there with two topless girls and our dogs on the beach. We ate great food, swam and had a great time. No sex, just three good friends who were working and couldn't be with our families. Wassa problem? I worked 10 hours a day, 7 days a week to live in Santa Barbara. In the film business I worked up to 110 hours a week in Hollywood. I wouldn't trade any of that for anything.

Lighten up, it's not ALL liberal. Almost all my friends were conservative and I don't think I knew anyone who didn't own a gun. All states have ridiculous laws. Isn't it illegal to wear red underwear while washing your car on Sundays in Texas?
