This makes sense. Ive always thought it would start with military, prisons and schools. Some schools are already requiring students to wear or carry rfid cards. Having them implanted would be the next logical step.

The "Beast" is actually all (Human) Hybrids (Human x Apes and/or Monkeys). They were artificially created in ancient times, by bestial breeding of Humans with lower primates, for the purpose of creating slave races.
