Texas inmate admitted to raping 2 children wants $1Million compensation for being wrongly convicted of murdering little girl

If you are on your way out of prison after wrongfully being charged of murder why would you then admit to raping 2 other children then ask for $1 million as compensation for being wrongfully convicted of the murder what is this guy doing?

This is a just another example as we shall continue to see the type of world we live in and why we so desperately need doom to save this planet from itself!
