He got that strange face lift a while back and he has never looked the same. Even his eyes look different when you look into them and the tip of his nose seems to have been cut off some.

At the time I noticed it I did searches but could only find some speculation that he had some kind of plastic surgery.

He doesn't seem the type who would do that.

His complexion doesn't look as radiant as it used to either.
