Stage 5: The Old Soul

Those undergoing the fifth and final stage of reincarnation are known as old souls. In this stage of soul evolvement there is a search for balance and completion, and an urge to pass on the torch before the end of reincarnation. 1. In the first stage, as an infant soul, it learned about physical existence, life and death, and the need for nurturing.
2. In the second stage, as a baby soul, it learned about society, culture and community, the need for structure, belonging, and playing a role.
3. In the third stage, as a young soul, it learned about free will and self-determination, taking charge of its own destiny, rising to the challenge.
4. In the fourth stage, as a mature soul, it learned about co-existence and interrelatedness, taking responsibility for its relationships, honouring difference and otherness.So to begin this stage, the soul will tend to focus on true self-expression and self-actualization, seeking experiences which provide personal fulfilment within life on the physical plane. This could be found in, say, acting, painting, wine-growing, gardening, flying old aeroplanes, or simply being a grandparent. The soul is not interested in success or fame so much as doing something it loves well, and finding inner satisfaction. Then, towards the end of the stage, there is more of an emphasis on teaching rather than simply learning: passing on the lessons learnt, showing others the way. if you want it simply and quick, imagine these stages in this manner:

And so an infant soul builds a down syndrome body, and in the eyes of the Universe it is a perfect body as it reflects the point of consciousness the soul has reached. The body is refined in each reincarnation until no trace of downs syndrome is seen and the body becomes taller, leaner, no stubby fingers, and the ears become nicely placed etc. Would welcome yr comments. Physically speaking this is a somewhat true analogy. I have always thought that Down's babies were a gift from the GREAT ONE for the parents..to understand..to see in real time the development of the Soul progression. I do think we should go a bit deeper in honest analysis as I understand I KNOW that the incarnation of an individual comes with THE SOULS request for experience.. so that the LESSONS that lead to the right consciousness are learned within a lifetime. Service is a tough hurdle for most souls they work on it for many lifetimes to understand that FOCUS and AUTHENTICITY are the keys. Nothing more Authentic than a Down's Child. Nothing other than focus is what is required to have one and to raise them. Which brings me to choice. Let's say as a woman that is told you are bearing a Down's Baby..she ends up with a choice..right? Bear it or not? So we do have this in life in real time..no illusions here.. how about any Abortion? Do you karmically advance or not? Most people think Suicide is a Karma thing.. it is against your OWN soul request..your OWN Karma that you will have AGAIN to repeat the lessons. That is also why their IS definitive truth. IT IS ABOUT REALITY. About your interior connection to the ALL.. that does it for today's lesson.. as many that came before me..
