Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the operation in Gaza will continue and that the IDF is currently preparing itself for the expansion of the operation. The IDF has taken out more than 1000 terror targets, the prime minister said, and will continue to harm Hamas's weapons and munitions.



He added that during the past few days he has spoken to world leaders and thanked them for their support.

something that amazings me is that the jews were a people who were persecuted and exiled from many places around the world in ancient and modern times...they know what its like to be slaughtered and exiled but why do the same to and indeginous ppl of palestine...they invaded the land killed the arabs and took most of their land and are bombing,blocking aid to it...why would a nation who are very sensitive to the holocaust do the same to other ppl on their own land???...the state of israel is illegal...i mean for example if every muslim in the world would move to saudi arabia claiming muslims originated their and kiled of the natives would that be right...muslims have to make visas just to go to their holy land and some are even rejected entry so why do jews ahve a right to claim a land that their ancestors lived a couple thousand years ago? if thats ok then every american has a right to live in europe forcefully and unlawfully.....history has a way of repeating itself the jews better be ready because sooner or later they will be exiled.

Chances are Israel will have to cease fire after injuring 8 journalists.

a few hours ago they said 'only if Israel ends the blockade in Gaza', how do you make a ceasefire when they change the condition every hour, this is for good press imo

You need to negotiate a ceasefire- And even after the negotiators pass it on to the leaders, they need to agree, and when they do they pass it on to the generals, who then pass it on to the grunts... And then the other side needs to see it, their leaders, generals and grunts...

I feel so sorry for the people in Israel. Suffering anxiety attacks, not knowing when rockets will go through iron dome and come through your ceiling.

I am glad they are keeping the same psychological fear in the minds of Hamas with the constant buzz of drones.

Hamas is only asking for a cease fire cos they need to stock up and resupply after getting pounded by airstrikes !

If Israel doesn't finish this, we will be back to this very same situation in a couple of months. Hamas will resupply with rockets from Iran and start the cycle all over again .
