I do not understand why so many are defending Hamas and what has been going in Gaza. Israel completely turned control of Gaza over a while back. They have had every opportunity to better their lives if they chose to do so. Instead, all of the money and aid goes into stoking their hatred of Israel. If Gaza is what they say an "open Prison". it seems to me it is their own fault. If they would stop launching Rockets, Israel would leave them alone..They have wanted this all along. They keep going back to what happened in 1947..They can't take the land back now, it is too late. They refuse to make better lives for themselves. They just want Israel to pay. They have been brainwashed to wallow in hatred so strong, they would rather live in the conditions they live in and keep hurling rockets and suicide bombers than make better lives for themselves.

You know, Japan and the US were enemies in the 1940's, but they moved on and people barely even remember that we were once enemies.

They could have made Gaza into a successful, thriving, modern city if they had wanted to. I'm tired of hearing everybody talk about what pitiful victims they are. They are responsible for their plight..They either need to realize this and just stop the violence and try to make better lives for their children, or just ruin the future for them all.

Give it up. Israel isn't going anywhere. If they do, so do you right down with them. That is the reality. You have to live in reality. Now move on and work through it and make your lives better. Quit spending all this money on bombs and work on your infrastructure and help your own people.

If you leave Israel alone, they will leave you alone. How hard is that to understand??
