Well this is the problem with fighting guerrillas - there's too many targets, and they move. For all that Israel's done a lot of damage over the last few days, think about the investment they made in Cast Lead, and they still didn't end Hamas. All it takes is one guy launching a small rocket from his back yard. Hard to stop that.

This is why a ground operation is imminent. Israel would need to flatten Gaza completely with hundreds of civilian casualties in order to complete their operations successfully. This entire back and forth was an attempt by Israel to force Hamas into a truce, however they no longer have the backing of the Mubarak regime. No more inside Suleiman information...

idf objective was to destroy hamas ability to fire rockets. they (idf) targeted over 2000 objects and infrastructure, yet hamas fires more rockets into israel each day at an increasing rate. so what don't you understand? can't you comprehend things militaristicly? israel is losing this batlle, their main objective has not been met!
