You're right, I'm not living in Israel but I'd move there tomorrow IF I'd be accepted in the IDF !

Don't talk to me about being blinded by religious beliefs, I'm not even Jewish, I'm a Christian with some Jewish blood !

The only reason you're not seeing more Israelis die because of those rocket attacks is because of the IDF's Iron Dome and Arrow 2 missile defense systems ! Sure many of those rockets are poorly made and nothing more than fireworks but Hamas has also fired a lot of sophisticated missile (of Iranian origin) that have hit major population centers in Israel !

So the "poor" Palestinians argument doesn't stick, they have a lot of support from Iran and the muslim brotherhood !

Dude, as far as i know you are not even living in israel.You are just blinded by your religious beliefs.You are really exaggerating the situation.Try to be more neutral on this subject.Those rockets are just unguided 'model rockets' made by poor people.They usually land in empty farmlands and such.

Israel shells the f*ck out of gaza everytime few fireworks hit their farmlands.Try to understand for a moment what palestinian civs feel.They are constantly living in fear...Its impossible to compare model rocket barrage with F16s,Apaches and drone strikes.

More than 1 million Israelis live everyday with the constant fear of getting hit by a rocket from Gaza, you try having a family and raising a child under those conditions !

If you remember 2006 war, Lebanon was almost leveled, Hezbollah lost 2,000 men while Israel lost 100 or so.

Now, forward to Cast Lead.Hezbollah had an opportunity to strike...they did not, because, well, they knew what could come.

The only thing that looked like Israel lost in 2006, is that they did NOT occupied Lebanon.

"Pillar of Defense" sounds better than the literal "Cloud pillar," a reference to how God led the Jews out of Egypt
