But other than that....Gaza operation csst would run into BILLIONS of dollars and be only Obama UNSC Veto away from crushing sacntions levied against Israel once Palestinian human shields start dying not in dozens like now, but in 100's eventually couple of 1000.... IDF is a very good army for such a tiny country like Israel, but seriously, do you people have ANY idea what year 2012 Urban Warfare in a place like Gaza would be like??? I mean, really. Look up "Kornet", "Igla-S", "Metis-M", "RPG-30".... remember that mine Hezbollah lured an IDF tank over when it blew up half-a-freakin'-mile-UP-IN-THE-AIR at the outset of 2006 war???? Why do you think Iran is so panicky about their mad-dash to the Bomb? Because Mullahs see the writing on the wall: even after 33 years of massive repression & brainwashing, the huge YOUNG Persian population HATES the Ayatollah's guts with passion. If not for Basij militias, Ahmadinejad would have been torn apart long ago. And it will happen, trust me. Egypt? LOL, Tanwawi, Shafiq, Suleiman, Mubarak picked PERFECT time to "step down".... why slaugter their own people, why incur the wrath of Obama and the West when they know that once almost 90 million Egyptian begin to STARVE, once Muslim Brotherhood picks a fight with Israel and thus completely alienates Western aid & food imports...once tourism is compltely shot.... What I meant by Arab Spring, is Egypt's loss of control of Sinai. Egypt's part of the deal with Israel controlling Sinai crossings. Sinai controls crossings and are semi autonomous of Cairo.
