I know in parts of Gaza it was nice with hotels &stores & shops. Those people wanted thing to stay like they were & didn't want intervention by anyone. Including Hamas who just want to use them as a tool to make IDF look bad.

The End of Road is decades away but it's clear where they are heading: in the end West Bank and Gaza will not any longer be "Palestinan". It will be Israeli Land and Palestinans will live somewhere in Diaspora. Oh the irony with using this word.

The military winner takes it all. The looser disappears. The winner will (re)write the history books. As it always happenend with conflicts in the past.

But Israel will always be the neverending victim. I guess even when they pull the Samson Option as describe by van Creveld they will still be the only real victims in the world.

It's a good marketing they have.

Warmongers on BOTH sides are insane. I'd reckon if you put Israelis and Palestinians together at a party (without telling them who the others were) they're probably get along as well as anyone else.

The thing is, Israelis are STILL stealing the land and many support their government in doing it.

Palestine is under an invasion force, but can the people be blamed for resisting the terrorists bombing them and stealing their land from under their bodies?

they are not insane.
