Now cram 4 MILLION people into that space, blockade their supplies and deny them free movement and watch what happens.
ANYBODY would resist with force and you would too.
That is a fact.

The blockade and restrictions of movement have gone on for a very long time. It's worth a shot, maybe Israel should consider that and see what happens. If Hamas still wants a fight then you can say Hamas doesn't want peace, but not until. Thats the reason they got boxed in was because of the DAILY suicide bombings of Buses and Markets. Just like when we were kids if u want out of the corner stand there and be quiet for a little bit, Then be good so u dont get put back in the corner.  The blockade was in place long before that. Please don't try to bullshit me, I promise you I know what I'm talking about. The bus bombings were a REACTION, not an action.
