Brig-Gen Chen Calls to Turn Operation into War

Brigadier General Amatzia Chen (Patzi) called on Israel's leaders to change the current situation from an operation to an all out war.


"This nonsense we constantly hear from the Prime Minister and his ministers that our objective is to improve deterrence, it's nonsense. Terror does not understand this and the fact is that they continue to use this terrorism against us for thirty years. They took into account that we would carry out such an operation and it just does not scare them. They have defined their ultimate goal which is to conquer the State of Israel, so we need to act accordingly in response."
