Would that stop Gaza smuggling completely? No. Israel doesn't intend to starve Gazans -- let them smuggle in Camel cigarettes and medicines and whatnot.

But would that REALLY cut into Iranian Fajr-5 rockets, expensive C4 equipment, and BMW for Hamas bosses? Oh yes, most definately!
