The very title of this link "UN agency rips" like it's some iron-clad proof ----> anyone can rip anyone else. It's the FACTS and EVIDENCE that count in the end.

It's pretty ridiculous: noone who's remotely familiar with this conflict and Hamas M.O will deny that Hamas and other Gaza terror groups use human shields in the most profoundly cynical, amoral way.... or even try to deny that they use civilian infrastructures like apartment buildings, schools, kindegardens, mosques, media centers, stadiums, ambulances and Shifa hospital to both store their weaponry AND fire it at Israel from. All in gross violation of Internal Law.

Even Hamas doesn't deny it -- in fact that are famous videos on Youtube where they BRAG about how they trick the infidels and use human shields to take advantage of their enemies weakness (i.e. our compassioon for Pali kids & women)

In fact, Ahmed Ja'bari the guy whose death sparked this latest flare-up... during Cast-Lead, he apparently hid out in the Hamas HQ -- which were located in the basement of Shifa Hosptal. Yes, you read that correct. The brave Jihadi leader hid behind/under hospital patients. LOL.
