Dumb question: The small strip of lad between Gaza and Israel, who owns it? And is it safe to travel? land mines or anything there?
Quoting: Junie Landlines were made illegal by UN Charter?, by world decree?.... I used to know that answer, and the date stamp for that fact. But I don't believe many follow the guidelines. I am sure that Israel would never allow landlines in that area, or even place them themselves.
