IE how can other nations then condemn him for attack after allowing a ceasefire and Israel getting attack afterwards.

How the hell do you figure Hamas won? Half there leadership got killed, most of their rockets did nothing, they will not get free access to more weapons. For Israel it was like killing a pesky fly with a flyswatter.
