The No. 2 in Hamas has told The Associated Press that the Islamic militant group won't stop making weapons in Gaza or smuggling them to the territory. [ link to news.yahoo.com] This cease-fire was set up for failure. I was about to say a condition to the ceasefire was to stop Arms smuggling into Gaza  but at the same time does it say they are not allowed to manufacture arms ? if they get recognition doesn't that make them a separate country meaning they could in fact manufacture their own arms and trade their Arms as well meaning it would no longer be classed as smuggling..... If I'm on the wrong track I apologise
