Think about what a 13% drop - 9% yesterday and 4% more today ---in Egyptian stock market represents.

Literally BILLIONS of dollars lost by their economy. Remember all this drama over whether or not Obama/EU will approve a 4.5 billion dollar loan or whatever..... Now Egypt lost TWICE that in just 2 days in the stock market.

Their tourism is only going to get worse. The brain & investment drain will accelerate. Mind you, Mubarak's plutocrats already took a ton of gold & treasure out of the country as the revolution commenced in early 2011.

Egypt also doesn't get Israel's money for gas because of the blown pipeline. In fact, Israeli and American energy companies have an 8 billion dollar LAWSUIT waiting in the wings for Egypt's violation of the gas contract in question. I think Israel only held off on filing it because they wanted to give Peace with Egypt a chace -- likely at the strong urging of Obama & EU.

Maybe now average Egyptians will see the RUIN that Muslim Brotherhood has brought upon the country in only 6 months of official rule.

Then again, the people who STARTED the revolution -- secular liberals -- are dumbasses who are allergic to learning. Just like Liberal Idealists collapsed the Monarchy and brought hard-core Communists in power in the Russian Revolution in 1917. Just like Liberal-Idealists collapsed the Shah in Iran -- and brought the psychotic Apocalyptic Twelver Ayatollahs.

Same with Egypt, it seems. LOL totalitarian forces -- whether Communists, Fascist or Islamists -- are nothing if not OPPORTUNISTIC. Kinda like viruses or bacteria only attacking the weakened immune system. Same with Muslim Brotherhood.

Iranian warships will return to Sudan on Friday, the armed forces said, one month after a similar port call followed Khartoum's accusation that Israel bombed a military factory.

Sudan's links to Iran have come under scrutiny after Khartoum accused Israel of the October 23 strike against the Yarmouk compound, which led to speculation that Iranian weapons were stored or manufactured at the factory in Khartoum.

"Two Iranian warships would also visit Port Sudan harbor on November 30 and would stay at the harbor for three days within the military maritime cooperation," said Sawarmi Khaled Saad, Sudan's army spokesman quoted by the official SUNA news agency.

And I get that and respect that but the only reason you haven't seen dying screaming children in Israel is because of Hamas' poorly made rockets and the IDF's Iron Dome system...because God knows Hamas tried its best to kill Israeli CIVILIANS !

That is the big difference, the children who die in Gaza are collateral damage because Hamas fires rockets from the rooftops of their schools and kindergartens...any child who dies in Israel would die because he was deliberately targeted by Hamas ! That is a huge difference !

Pool. I honestly don't believe Israel is responsible. They had nothing to gain from his death.

When the PLO was in power, Hamas was just a tiny little voice; a resistance group that was constantly getting in trouble with the PLO. Now who's in power, Pool? Who had the most to gain from Arafat's death?

Regardless of whether Arafat was poisoned or not, or who may have initiated, orchestrated, and completed the tasking, it is not difficult to realize that a conclusion has already been reached.

I'm not saying he wasn't marked for removal, but he could have eaten rancid roast of Unicorn served by Santa Clause while in Little Bo Peep's parlor, and Israel would still be automatically accused as the actor.

Arafat had gallons of blood on his hands. The intifadas, and on and on and on. Israel had just as much reason to dispose of him as they do in getting rid of Hamas leaders. I wouldn't expect them to get rid of him via poisoning though.

Well they didn't have drones back then so...

I just wish the Mossad would take care of other Hamas and Hezbollah leaders this way, thus eliminating the need for a messy and bloody airstrike that often does a lot of collateral damage, mostly to innocent people !
