Breaking :Petraeus to testify!!!!!

Exactly, the timing just seems too suspect, which looks like he wasn't going along with the company line.

Petreus already straight up lied about Benghazi when he was spouting the administration's bullshit word for word about the attack being a youtube protest gone out of control. So much for his honor.

Agreed. This man will tell the truth.

I heard this also this morning on the local radio....and that there will be a "watergate" type investigation.

This is bigger than watergate and could bring down the house of cards.

I believe I know what the fuss is about.


This guy Petraeus was given an order from someone high up in the office to lie. When Petraeus is asked why he lied about Bengazi he must tell the truth under oath. That and his personal honor (among many collegues) could make his testimony damning to those in charge.

Imagine if it was Obama himself who order Petraeus.

It may go even deeper........the rabbit hole never ends.


If ever a time tshtf, I hope and trust our soldiers who run the US Armed forces will take control and reinstitute the Constitution.

There was a coup (militia takeover of parliament & government buildings) in Libya on October 31st... It wasn't in the media - but it happened. Somehow it just magically ended. No fighting... No concessions... The militias just left...

Petraeus must have been pretty good at his job..

Yes, but consider this. If (and that's a big if) Petraeus says something that inriminates someone in the WH, the media and the President will only say, "Oh, you're going to believe a liar like him? He just cheated on his wife. He will say and do anything to get revenge on those who investigated his affair."

Someone else said, "Obama wins again," and sadly, that's the truth.

Obama is supremely confident in the stupidity of his voters...as he should be. Do you really think the Obama phone lady gives 2 craps about Benghazi? No. Do you think some skank who believes the GOP was going to take away her birth control cares? Well, she might care but the fact she believed the GOP wanted to take her BC pills already shows how stupid she is. How about the union thugs? Nahh. They play like this all the time. I could go on but you get the point.

We're screwed. The only people who care about what happened in Benghazi are us and as far as the liberal media and the O administration are concerned, we don't matter.

Don't forget...Petraeus said this all started because of a movie. I'm not over excited he's going to come running out to tell the "truth". He went along with the lie in the beginning.

Or he's going along with it exactly and falling on the sword to help the cover up. Remember, he already lied and blamed a dumb "movie". He also lied about WMDs in Iraq.

I am sure that when he said that, it was very early in the game. Petreaus probably had no idea that the POTUS knew what really was happening and had watched the incident play out live on a 60" screen. After that first comment, I believe it was the only time he mentioned the movie.

no, the cia watched the entire incident in real time and i have no doubt that they informed the white house of what was happening, but the president had a major fund raiser in vegas the next so lets see four american lives vs. money in the pot. money in the pot wins everytime.

Petraeus will testify that his original report was the truth at the time he made it.

He has no choice. If he changes his story, they just ask him:
Are lying now or were you lying then?
How can we believe you especially given this latest info about you having an affair.

Nothing new will come from Petraeus.

He has to tell the truth this time or else he will be digging himself a deeper hole. When the truth comes out he will not want to be the one charged with perjury.

He will say "The President did everything right and moral nothing was wrong everything is fine nothing to see here, whistling noise".

I'm sorry but I think you are letting your optimistic hope of the "Truth" coming out, get in the way of reality.

If he says now that he lied earlier then he has committed perjury already. This is a no win situation for him.

I also suspect that the Administration probably has other dirt on him and will use it with extreme prejudice if he dares to "OUT" Obama. And you already know that the media will join in and help the Administration destroy him.

As I am no longer in a position within the government agency, and these are matters of national security I cannot comment on that.
