They are measuring intensity and frequency. The meteor signature is a straight line of travel.
Anomalies are reflected radio-waves that are detected by the system, at different frequencies.

We have beaucoup signals bouncing around.

my understanding is it measures how the ionosphere heats up when a meteor hits it..(not sure if that is right, science is not my strong point)..
but i was thinking that something must be messing with the ionosphere. maybe someone is sending out frequencies, idk.. something to dampen the atmos noise. something that runs thru it like a meteor would but doesn't vanish like meteor does.
a signal that heats it up for a time, quits for a little bit and hits it again..that is the only thing i could deduct. it's always in the same freq of about 1050Hz.

We watched this in another thread some 2 or 3 weeks ago as big bright meteorites were sighted over netherlands and UK.

Yes, it has been off and on like that for a bit. The first pix I posted this morning were much like that only much bigger.

the many signals would prob be the atmospheric noise, the blue at the bottom of the grid. i have watched this all day every day for a few months and it is the anomalies that interest me, there is just not that many of them, and when they do occur they are very strange. keep a watch on it for a week and you will see what i mean.
