VIDEO:Road workers in the Moscow region cut the cable, that caused a disruption in communication with satellites and on the currency exchange As reported by numerous Russian media- at evening of November 14, 2012, during construction works on Shchelkovo highway in the Moscow region in city of Mytischi. during repairs in the PBX number 581, road workers cut the underground cable. Next they'll be telling us the construction workers were drunk on home-brewed vodka. This is nothing but bold faced lies barely dressed up as propaganda. Think, people, THINK! Todays fault is less than 24 hours after Russia launched their latest military communications satellite. It is expected to take days to fix.
