Yeah, this guy is a scumbag to the max. Not only did he beat women up(those pictures for real?!) and avoid taxes, he's actively trying to deceive many immature and impressionable minds through his "knights templar" persona and avatar. It's sick really, but just observe how many people will conveniently skip your post and share their sympathies with a douchebag. It's their freedom to do so, but just begs more and more questions about the mental well being of these people.

Re: IRS Wants Me to Pay $4,730 a Month. What should I tell them?
In my attempts to make things right in my life by being on the up and up with my Shepherds (AKA the US Federal Government), I have been paying my current taxes and also have filed all my previous missed tax returns.

Fast forward to now. A short little chubby IRS agent lady came to my door saying she was just in the neighborhood which I know was a big fat lie. In any event, she has been on my wife and I like white on rice and wants my wife and I to pay the IRS 50% of our income which is $4,730 a Month to pay our back taxes.

I have no problem making payments, but basically this bitch wants my family and I to suffer and live like in poverty until they are paid. Of course I AM not liking her, her proposal or any of it and this goes along the lines of Socialism where our country is at now.

Punish success (making money and a successful business) and reward laziness and dumbness (no job and live on welfare).

You see, if I was not a success, they wouldn't come after me and in addition, I would not have to pay shit in back taxes because I would be collecting welfare and unemployment. What this tells me is that this is the future of our world and that I better get used to this shit. But in the same breathe, I AM not going to allow the lazy or unintelligent just sit on their ass and collect a check.

With Obama, taxes are going up even more and then we have health care on top of it.

In any event, what would you do if you were me and the IRS wanted 50% of your income to pay our back taxes? Is there a better way to deal with this other than bankruptcy?

You will never admit to these things but;

1- Your hatred of women is obvious.
2- Your self-obsession is insane, observe how it is "My family and I"; you don't even consider yourself part of your family that you are trying to protect.
3- You point to "socialism", combined with your "knightstemplar" persona(very, very racist ideology)it just shows what goes on in that little brain of yours.

Succesful business?

The only people worth giving the title of succesful to are those people that work for the betterment of others, not to other's detriment.

By your logic the retarded in-bred saudi fuckfaced turban wearing motherfuckers, are succesul. No. They just have a lot of money. Put them into a group of random people from all walks of life without their money or title or power. Can they succeed in that group? I don't think so.

Re: IRS Wants Me to Pay $4,730 a Month. What should I tell them?
OP,

Many of us have been in similar positions. Its complicated because there are so many variables. One thing I've learned is that if you own property and have equity, the IRS won't want to compromise. Especially if you make a good monthly paycheck. All that BS on TV about owing large sums of money and settling for pennies on the dollar is for folks who don't own property, have equity or make good money.

If you own property and go on a payment plan they will lean your property until you pay them off. Also, realize if you agree to let them have half your paycheck the State will come calling as well. So its not just half your paycheck. You'll be living off less than half.

You need to rethink your position. If there's any possible way reconsider bankruptcy. Yeah, your credit will tank but imagine the pain of paying them for years and having nothing. If I could go back that's what I would have done.

The problem with this issue is that its complicated and there are so many variables that by the time your done and fully understand the rules, its too late because you've already made decisions and signed agreements.

Best advice is to find an Attny who hates the IRS and has a vested interest in seeing you pay as little as possible. Most Attny's don't give a flying fuck about you and will only give bits and pieces of information so that you start making decisions without knowing the whole picture.

My situation was different than yours but I wish I'd set down with an Attny for 6 hours straight and talking the entire problem through A-Z and created a strategy based on all realities. Yes, its going to cost 4-5 grand AT LEAST but you will have made the best decisions based on ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION. Not just Ad-Hoc.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to find an Attny whose actually on your side. If not, he won't give a fuck and will throw you under the bus.

Good luck man.

Re: IRS Wants Me to Pay $4,730 a Month. What should I tell them?
I have had to pay 50 percent of my income to the IRS before, owed roughly $32,000. They found it, I didn't think they would. It was my own fault.

It took me 3 years to pay them back.

After that I, and get this... learned my lesson and just paid my taxes lol.

That's a lot of unpaid taxes you have there dude. Did you do that on purpose like me? They will get you every time.

By the way, I'm a broke joke at this moment after my business collapsed a couple summers ago... I owe $977 dollars from a mistake I made filing in 2009. They suspended my passport status, have been to my house and are now threatening me with jail. Just saying, they don't only go after 'successful' people... they go after tax evaders, like me and you lmao.

Good luck, get a lawyer and pay them as fast as possible.

Sorry to hear about your business and the $977. Geez, they are going after everyone and their broke ass brother now.

You go to one of those payments settlement option places that do this sort of thing and they get inbetween you and the IRS and cut a deal otherwise your screwed. Wake Up

Do you not know you have these options...? I mean really in this day and age and with all the advertising these people do you have never seen an ad or know about these options...?

People are their own worst enemy's. Contact one of these companies and they will make payment arrangements for you. Gets them off your case and from side swipeing you. Buys you some time also.

I owe 250,000.00 in back taxes.

I got a lawyer and they worked out a payment plan of 2,000 per mo for the rest of my life. But ironically, after a tax return becomes 10 years old the IRS has to drop it from their system, they cannot collect on taxes over 10 years old!

so over time these taxes will expire.

Get a tax lawyer is my recommendation.

good luck !

Thanks for the comment. 10 years from the date of the year or when the return was filed?
 Quoting: KnightsTemplar.TV

10 years from the "tax year owed".

so if you never filed for tax year say..1985, then the IRS would not try to collect that.

And this is info from my tax lawyer.

This double ironic, because during the confirmation hearing of the current head of the IRS, (aired on CSPAN) a senator asked him if this was part of his plan in failing to file.

If I didn't know for a fact that little timmy is a retard, I could swear his smirk to the senator was an intellilgent action. before he launched the prepared grovelling statement.

Here is the deal with these 'ANONYMOUS' postings and slanderous posting about me on the internet. Yes, I have went to jail and prison for growing and selling marijuana and also a battery case that WAS NOT MY WIFE and all these pictures etc are lies and bogus.

These 'ANONYMOUS' postings with lies and untruths have been posted by loan modification scams companies and mortgage criminals who I have personally went after over the last 5 years while running my forum at www.LoanSafe.org/forum in my attempts to help protect struggling homeowners from becoming victims of these scams.

In doing so, I have become a target of these scammers who post anonymously in weak attempts to destroy my business or reputation. Also, you will NOT find 1 Better Business Bureau complaint, police or actual real complaints about my business anywhere other than a few 'ANONYMOUS' postings on 'ANONYMOUS' websites. The facts are anyone can say whatever they want and people will either choose to believe it or not. In the end, I don't care because the people who believe 'ANONYMOUS' postings from 'ANONYMOUS' websites are ignorant humans who I do not wish to associate with or do business with.

Once again.

Watch the deflection.

Quick to call others "scammers", quick to call himself "successful".

After his own real estate liscense was yanked for moral turpitude.

Quick to post silly pictures and cast aspersions on others while ennobling himself.

Quite the knight in white armor: "my attempts to help protect struggling homeowners from becoming victims" ?

You're not a realtor, not a banker, not an attorney.

Many have called you a scammer and a con man in print. You are undeniably a convicted felon.

And yet you are a "success", and quick to provide us links to your "successful" business?

During the past few weeks the Feds have been setting up checkpoints on highways in the southwest. The feds say they don't need any warrents because the checkpoints are in Constitution Free Zones and you have no Constitutional Rights.

Just tell the IRS you live in a Constitution Free Zone, Per the Feds doing the Check Points. Since you have no Constitutional Rights in a Constitution Free Zone the 16th amendment no longer applies to you! You must obey the new rule/law, you have no 16th amendment Constitutional Right any more!rockon

Well, this is a thread about the IRS and apparently a person.

Don't know this guy, but I know these guys' psych profiles very well. See if you can pick out the narcissistic personality disorder.

BAIER: I'd like to ask a question about keeping money for all of the candidates down the line. What is the highest federal income tax any American should have to pay? We are looking for a number.
Governor?

PERRY: Seven 7 percent flat tax. Simple. Keep it simple.
BAIER: Senator Santorum?
SANTORUM: Well, my plan has two rates, 10 and 28 percent, which is the highest rate under Ronald Reagan when he cut taxes.
BAIER: Governor Romney.
ROMNEY: I would like 25 percent, but right now it's at 35, so people better pay what is legally required. But ultimately let's get it down to as low as we possibly can, if it's 20, if it's 25 but paying more than 25 percent, I think, is taking too much out of our pockets.
BAIER: So the highest you had was 35?
ROMNEY: Well, that's what the law is right now, but 25 is where I would like to see us go.
BAIER: Speaker Gingrich.
GINGRICH: I would like to see it be a flat tax at 15 percent and I would like to see us reduce government to meet the revenue, not raise revenue to meet the government.
BAIER: Congressman Paul.
PAUL: Well, we should have the lowest tax that we've ever had, and up until 1913 it was 0 percent. What's so bad about that?
(APPLAUSE)
PAUL: Now, I would like to follow up on that, because I think the question on taxes is generally misleading, because anytime you spend money, it's a tax. You might tax, you might borrow, you might inflate. The vicious tax, that's attacking the American people, the retired people today, is the inflation tax, the devaluation of the currency, the standard of living is going down, and you need to address that. And that's why I want to make the inflation tax zero, as well.
BAIER: So your answer is zero?
PAUL: Zero.

The reason you need representation is until you have power of attorney in place, they will ALWAYS hold the treat of enforced collection over your head if you deal with them directly PERIOD!
