so, you withheld your taxes for years, and now you're claiming that somehow you are "a successful businessman"?? you're a tax cheat. they could be tossing your ass in jail, and selling off ALL your assets. going bankrupt won't do you any good, the court will toss it. "i owe uncle sam a ton and want to dodge having to pay it back" isn't a just cause for bankruptcy. i know a cat who worked 3 jobs for 20 years to pay off uncle to avoid being jailed over taxes. 7 day weeks, minimum 12 hour days. he was actually grateful, because he kept his house, and didnt end up in a fed prison. understand, im not trying to abuse you, im just trying to show you the reality of your situation. you willingly, knowingly, and premeditatedly committed a felony. no ands, ifs, or buts about it. sure, the payment plan is draconian. would you prefer a felony conviction? no more firearms, no more vote, as well as completely losing that standard of living you value so much. parole after 35% of the sentence, having to ask permission of a PO to get a drivers license. absolute no questions asked banning from holding all kinds of professional licenses. try to negotiate a lesser payment, but rest assured you're gonna be coughing up 33% AT LEAST. that's how it works. but even if you get no reduction, it's better than being incarcerated, and STILL OWING THE DOUGH.

I hear what you are saying, but I did not commit a felony because I did not have the wherewithal to pay them or make arrangements at the time In addition, I AM actively and have been actively working with them for years by paying currently and filing my back returns.

Felony convictions and prison do not scare me. I already have 2 and do cannot have a firearm.

In addition, I have NEVER said I do not want to pay it back or plan not too, I just was very upset that I will be paying $8,500 a month in taxes.
