Bankruptcy has no bearing on owing the IRS.

You do not seem to own any of this? Yet you castigate others who have lost their jobs and incomes and accord them some nefarious status for receiving welfare or unemployment( casting those two things as the very same which they are not).

Pull the log out of your own eye, darlin'.

Have you sought any type of legal help from those places always advertising about how they reduce your debt to the IRS?

I dunno, Moe.

Seems like there is some valid controversy about just how much of a "success" you and your business ventures may be:

Here is the deal with these 'ANONYMOUS' postings and slanderous posting about me on the internet. Yes, I have went to jail and prison for growing and selling marijuana and also a battery case that WAS NOT MY WIFE and all these pictures etc are lies and bogus.

These 'ANONYMOUS' postings with lies and untruths have been posted by loan modification scams companies and mortgage criminals who I have personally went after over the last 5 years while running my forum at www.LoanSafe.org/forum in my attempts to help protect struggling homeowners from becoming victims of these scams.

In doing so, I have become a target of these scammers who post anonymously in weak attempts to destroy my business or reputation. Also, you will NOT find 1 Better Business Bureau complaint, police or actual real complaints about my business anywhere other than a few 'ANONYMOUS' postings on 'ANONYMOUS' websites. The facts are anyone can say whatever they want and people will either choose to believe it or not. In the end, I don't care because the people who believe 'ANONYMOUS' postings from 'ANONYMOUS' websites are ignorant humans who I do not wish to associate with or do business with.

 Quoting: KnightsTemplar.TV

Once again.

Watch the deflection.

Quick to call others "scammers", quick to call himself "successful".

After his own real estate liscense was yanked for moral turpitude.

Quick to post silly pictures and cast aspersions on others while ennobling himself.

Quite the knight in white armor: "my attempts to help protect struggling homeowners from becoming victims" ?

You're not a realtor, not a banker, not an attorney.

Many have called you a scammer and a con man in print. You are undeniably a convicted felon.

And yet you are a "success", and quick to provide us links to your "successful" business?

GLPers, beware this SCAM.
 Quoting: goodmockingbird

The real estate license was pulled for my felonies that I went to prison for. So I lost my freedom and professional license. Hence, I paid my debt in full to society for these crimes.

Do you want me to pay forever?

Do you believe in redemption or that if a man does his time for his crime and does not commit anymore that they can be changed?

Why am I a scam, because I had a felony and now help people with my websites that make very good money?

I owe 250,000.00 in back taxes.

I got a lawyer and they worked out a payment plan of 2,000 per mo for the rest of my life. But ironically, after a tax return becomes 10 years old the IRS has to drop it from their system, they cannot collect on taxes over 10 years old!

so over time these taxes will expire.

Get a tax lawyer is my recommendation.

good luck !

*twitch* You make over 9k per month? Are you truly complaining or bragging? O.O I respect your hard work- you are blessed! We have 1200 coming in per month and it's not going to get better any time soon.

Tell the IRS to btfu, stfu, and gtfo.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26420358

LOL, I did that and they now come to my door and want $4,730 a Month. I AM trying to be nicer and act more compliant now, but it may be too late ;)

No bragging and the complaining is that we would be paying about $8,000 a month in taxes and not have any money left after we buy groceries. I have no problem paying them back, but I will not suffer like I AM on welfare in doing so and if they think I will, then they thought wrong.

Well, when you act like you avoiding taxes makes you better than a welfare recipient... YES

Felons do pay forever to a certain extent.

Sex offenders can never have children, is that fair? (It also is since they should kill them)

So yes, if you scamed the system to the point of being convicted of a felony, you will and should have it impact your life!

Ignore her.

Call the IRS collections deprtment yourself and voluntarily set up a $100 per month payment plan.

They are obliged by law to take your offer and cease collection activities as long as you keep up the payments.

Re: IRS Wants Me to Pay $4,730 a Month. What should I tell them?
In my attempts to make things right in my life by being on the up and up with my Shepherds (AKA the US Federal Government), I have been paying my current taxes and also have filed all my previous missed tax returns.

Fast forward to now. A short little chubby IRS agent lady came to my door saying she was just in the neighborhood which I know was a big fat lie. In any event, she has been on my wife and I like white on rice and wants my wife and I to pay the IRS 50% of our income which is $4,730 a Month to pay our back taxes.

I have no problem making payments, but basically this bitch wants my family and I to suffer and live like in poverty until they are paid. Of course I AM not liking her, her proposal or any of it and this goes along the lines of Socialism where our country is at now.

Punish success (making money and a successful business) and reward laziness and dumbness (no job and live on welfare).

You see, if I was not a success, they wouldn't come after me and in addition, I would not have to pay shit in back taxes because I would be collecting welfare and unemployment. What this tells me is that this is the future of our world and that I better get used to this shit. But in the same breathe, I AM not going to allow the lazy or unintelligent just sit on their ass and collect a check.

With Obama, taxes are going up even more and then we have health care on top of it.

In any event, what would you do if you were me and the IRS wanted 50% of your income to pay our back taxes? Is there a better way to deal with this other than bankruptcy?
 Quoting: KnightsTemplar.TV

So you blame the economy on the "lazy and welfare bums" yet you dodge taxes?

Trust me I know taxes are bullshit! But you are just as much to blame as a welfare rat.

Difference is welfare is max $2,000 per month.
You are pulling in almost 10k a month and not paying tax?

To stay on topic, you should call the IRS and tell them you can easily quit your job and live off the $2,000 per month welfare would provide.

But my guess is you don't enjoy ramen noodles 5 times a week and hamburger helper as your "real meals"
 Quoting: andawg221

I am up to date on current taxes for the last few years which I have paid about $130,000 in personal taxes and another $100k in business. These are for back taxes.

No, I do not blame the economy on the "lazy and welfare bums." The destruction of the economy is a planned assault by TPTB to change the way we humans live from the material to a more spiritual way of life. The "lazy and welfare bums" for the most part suffer from lack of intelligence and reasoning skills. Hence, I do not blame them for how they were born.

I eat only organic because I have Hepatitis C and want my children to develop properly with no poisonous food or GMO's. My food and health bill is about $1,600 per month.

Moe

OK, so you know by now that you need a good tax attorney...

More importantly, DO NOT make any payments until you are advised to by this attorney. Because if you do, they can make a case that you really owe the full amount... if you didn't, you wouldn't made a payment on that amount.

If worse comes to worse just send them $50 a month and then ignore them. That way you can prove to any court you're making a "good faith effort".

MOST IMPORTANTLY, when/if you agree to pay; make sure you're paying the last years off first. If you draw this out long enough the earlier years debt will expire before you get to it. While they may not agree to this in writing, you can simply write on your check which year the payment is for.
Good luck!
