No, the thread was about first degree burglary. I can bring anything in to the conversation to make my point, and I did. A lot of experience with people who talk smack and never back it up.

Point is that first degree burglary is burglary while someone is in the residence. You killed those people then? Each state has a different definition of burglary. Many states, it's "enters or remains unlawfully with the intent to commit a felony/crime". Whether anyone is home or not. As for your last question, I'd never discuss that either way. It's OK, I wouldn't believe you anyway.
