I've found caffeine stops the vibrations, but others disagree, I believe that's because they have been drinking coffee etc. regularly for a considerable time, so their system has stabilised to it. So I believe that irregular doses of caffeine at least when learning AP, is counter-productive. I find the same with sugar.
