For me physics is about understanding the universe and the reality that we live in. All models used in physics are inherently incorrect. But they do work if you know what you are doing. ....

If you like Logic Arguments ( not puzzels ) than you'll enjoy following the UPN thread that also arrives to the conclusion that the Universe is made of a SuperFluid . That Can be troublesoot by anyone unlike the formulas in the MIT version . Try it !

Did you 'feel' the MAIN Conclusion : in a SuperFluid Universe all possible phenomenon can Only be : Waves , Vortices and their Harmonics ! It just explained the dual particle-wave nature observed ... read more , it's powerful .
 Quoting: Doru

My conclusion is that reality is entirely wave(like) phenomena. The vortex can be derived from simple harmonic oscillations quite easily, and thus is a subset of wave.

Harmonics, i.e allowed wave-functions is a wonderful area of study both for the math person and the physics person.

Wave-particle duality is a horrible misnomer. Photons for instance are not 'particles' or 'waves'. Sometimes the wave model works better and sometimes the particle model works better. Light is not a wave and it is not a particle.

I have personally performed many of the historic experiments that lead us to believe in electrons, protons, and modern physics in general, and when you do this you realize just how much bullshit is mixed into the ideas and concepts underlying physics. There really is no way around it, for the regular person doesn't have access to the equipment necessary and must take some pundits word as fact. I suggest to everyone to try and perform as many experiments your self as you can, and learn the physics and the math rigor to make it meaningful so you can make up your own mind about how the world works.

That being said QED works to something like 50 decimal places, so when you come up with something better let me know.
