you tried quoting the constitution in traffic court, and you wonder why they fucked you hard and deep?? yeah, be sure to petition a federal appeals court for redress, they could really use the laugh. hint: criminal law pertains to actual criminal cases, not administrative code violations. vehicle and traffic law is admin code, except in cases that are criminally prosecutable. all that clarence darrow horseshit means squat.

It was a traffic stop. I refused to consent and was hauled in. The misdemeanor ("criminal") charge was added later by overzealous prosecutors.
