How can you be a party to a document you NEVER SIGNED?
You never signed the constitution so it doesn't pertain to you

Keep in mind that I have read EVERY strawman, freeman, redemption etc. piece of material that exists. ALL of it. It does not work in court, because the fascist system will just tune you out or shush you and proceed to the end (you, screwed) without allowing anything on the record. Now, I want to see official documents that address my first question: Who are "the people" and why am I not one of them. I can understand that I did not sign the Constitution, but then WHAT THE FUCK do we have state Constitutions for? This is the one I was told I was not a party to. Does this have to do with the IRS? If so, There is a clause in the Constitution, You ( as in your full name ) are a CORPORATION (i.e. JOHN E. DOE ) Your "we the people" is ( i.e. John E, of the DOE Family ) When you are born, your birth cirtificate is sold to the FEDS as a bond on JOHN E.DOE, in essence you should be able to pay all your IRS owed money from a simple signature upon your Birth Cirtificate. I might not be explaining it correctly and if anyone here knows what im talking about please intervene. I have seen it on here before and there are key words to use to make this happen in your favor. It all dates back to 1913. I'll try to find more info for you My bad, didn't get to the "License" part for whatever reason but what I say still stands.
