The CON-stitutions, both federal & state ONLY applies to persons or their agents that hold political office... IOW, the constitutions are limitations upon governmental powers.... since you are not in political office or an agent of a political office holder, the constitutions do not apply to you.... note the so-called bill of rights... it doesnt give you rights... it merely provides for rules that prohibits the government & its agents from exercising certain powers that are inimical to the concepts of liberty as contained in the organic charter..... when you try to stand employing the constitution you MUST insure that your natural human rights are antecedent prior to the formation of any government.... and note on the record that it is THEY as government actors who must abide by the rules, conditions & limitations of the constitutions... NOT YOU! Hence you must use great discretion & care in the use of language, for they will attempt to trick you into covertly admitting that you are a political office holder and\or agent thereof, and once that happens you are subject not only to their rules, codes & regulations but also to the 4th branch statutory jurisdiction where only limited privileges exist by statute....
