i wouldn't exactly say that this is a great video.

once again, we have some citizen who can hardly control himself. his upward inflectional voice, and increasingly aggressive behavior is uncalled for. It is almost like listening to some 13 yr old girl bitching about not being able to do something, versus someone being rational and clearly being adult - which this guy videotaping was not.

in almost every video like this, the person video taping displays a lack of control over their emotions and outwardly projected mannerisms as a result. These type of videos are poor for demonstration purposes, and anyone else looking to potentially learn how to handle situations like this.

I have only seen maybe one or two videos where the person video taping remained literally calm throughout the duration, similar to the officer with the moustach in this video. That guy was rather chill about it, and his responses.

More often than not, it is the officers who are calm in the videos, versus the citizen. +1 officers, citizen fail.

The guy was rightfully frustrated with the officers' lack of knowledge about actual law.

The cops ended up just walking away when they knew they were completely in the wrong and were not going to "win" with their made up bullshit. Again, BRAVO to the cameraman and screw those officers with NO KNOWLEDGE of the laws they are supposed to be enforcing...

Cops are not the smartest bunch. If theses people were smart, they wouldn't have become cops.
