by the way if a state has laws on the books that all laws have to be written in English only...marijuana is a spanish word, so one law cancels out the other...if the federal govt has passed the law of all the federal laws must be written in English ,then they have fuked themselves over with the spanish word marijuana and it has to be stricken from the record or the other law has to be rewritten...one law cannot break another law...
