I'm pretty sure that the bills for legalization in washington and colorado were totally fucked and geared solely towards state and federal profit, and did NOT include the legal use of hemp production. Oregon's did, but it did not pass here, probably because people realize how fucked the whole thing is. Look into it. All it means is weed will now be taxed half to death, be turned into poison like tobacco, and now they have an excuse to do roadside blootests, (it's still a D.U.I.) and its not like you can walk down the goddamn sidewalk smoking the stuff. This is a horrible thing that STONERS have glorified and brought upon us because they haven't looked into it. You can be a recreational pot smoker without being a lazy uninformed person. And fuck if I ever ask for anyone's permission on how I influence my own conciousness

Personally , I see it as " the people have spoken " and finally acknowledged. Both government and private sector can benefit if you know where to look.

they cant ignore their own laws of all laws have to be written in english...marijuana is a spanish word...so the english laws with the spanish word marijuana in them are void by the other law...

read my previous post,lol..,any "marijuana" arrest can be voided by my previous defense of the all federal laws HAVE TO BE WRITTEN in the English language..that's why they are quiet...they have to throw out the 'all laws written in English', for the marijuana laws to be legal...because of the Spanish,the "marijuana "laws were passed..now because of their law against the spanish it makes it legal,lol..the federal and state dumbasses have passed too many conflicting laws and they know it...
