Generally, you are required to have a High School Diploma.

However, as suggested, you can get your High School Equivalency and for some courses, you can be admitted as a Mature Adult Student (include your resume with application).

It will all depend on what type of diploma/degree you are looking to achieve and of course, admissions differ from university to university.
