Any state that committed voter fraud with voter intimidation, too many voters per registrants, 0 votes for the other party, etc. Should have their Electoral votes forfeited as penalty. In other words. if you used fraud to steal an election, you lose your E votes. them... period. You gave up your right to be counted or be involved with the process.
