| God Loves ALL User ID: 8017901 11/14/2012 06:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I notice a HUGE difference in mental clarity, stable energy and mood when I take magnesium with calcium and zinc. It is a shocker to me because I really take alot of supplements and super foods and very rarely do I feel such a direct result as to make me mention it. Anyone know why this is?? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24151445 most people are very short on magnesium and its the primary cause of restless legs. Just to prevent my restless legs I must supplement at about 150% a day, and some days more I used a drug called klonopin for years for them before some honest doctors told me what it was and I tested seriously short on magnesium. Getting of the klonopin was hell, but I did it. If i do not take the magnesium during the day I will HAVE restless legs by nightfall or during the night. Do NOT go on klonopin for migraines, this drug is toxic and then some. The actual Lord's Prayer Given by Jesus 2000 years ago. "MY SPIRIT, YOU ARE OMNIPOTENT. YOUR NAME IS HOLY. MAY YOUR REALM BE INCARNATE IN ME. MAY YOUR POWER REVEAL ITSELF WITHIN ME, ON EARTH AND IN THE HEAVEN. GIVE ME TODAY MY DAILY BREAD, AND THUS, LET ME RECOGNIZE MY TRANSGRESSIONS AND ERRORS, AND I SHALL RECOGNIZE THE TRUTH. AND DO NOT LEAD ME INTO TEMPTATION AND CONFUSION, BUT DELIVER ME FROM ERROR. FOR YOURS IS THE REALM WITHIN ME AND THE POWER AND THE KNOWLEDGE FOREVER, AMEN. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22717690 What brand are you using? I'm taking it too, but a small dose. I notice a slight improvement only in mental clarity. It's cheap from a store called Trader Joes (it's their brand) calcium magnesium and zinc 2 tablets have 500mg magnesium 1000mg calcium and 15mg zinc, i think since the serving size said two tablets that the mg's must be for a 2 pill dose is my guess!! |
