Magnesium stopped my morning leg cramps.

It is very important in the body.
I told my doctor about the cramps and magnesium.
He said NOTHING.

I think big pharma has a pill for that.

B-6 is great for carpal tunnel also.
I still take it even with two hand operations for C.T.
