Anonymous Coward User ID: 27636366 United States 11/14/2012 05:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The 2nd house in Indiana that went up just today was described has having been no fire there to put out when firefighters arrived who, as here, saw only a small amount of residual smoke rising up, but no flames. That's exactly how this was described here. “Fortunately when firefighters arrived on scene, there was just some residual smoke that was pouring out of these displaced manhole covers, there was no active flame or fire, and fortunately no one was injured,” said Scott. |

This is a description of that 2nd house in Indiana that went up today. Compare and contrast the descriptions please: "Once we arrived on scene, there was a little smoke from the rubble itself, but as far as a fire, there was no fire once we arrived on scene," [A firefighter] said. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27636366 there is for sure, read some of the sinkhole threads if you haven't - PLENTY of reasons to be concerned. a really BIG blast is seemingly just a question of when at this point. i'll tell you what, those houses blowing up right here certainly has inspired me to start working on bug out bags this weekend no matter what the cause turns out to be. in my mind i always thought we'd just shelter in place, but then you hear of those folks in that neighborhood getting bused out immediately and you realize, you might not even be able to bug out in your own car! |
