Yeah frequency clouds. I believe it has to do with haarp moving clouds/chemtrails. I see that effect quite often here in Oklahoma. Funny you describe them as waves. Like microwaves.

Looks like Haarp or some man made device ..

Those clouds definitely make me think HAARP has been focused on the area rather heavily.

Those are not "earthquake clouds." But they do look like the "clouds" sometimes seen when aircrafts break the sound barrier. Given that you saw these over a base, I'd say that explanation makes the most sense.

Earthquake clouds/lights do not look like that. They are colorful/iridescent and do not cover the entire sky.

I guess that does make some sense.

But these clouds have been persistent for quite a few hours now?

They are NOT going away!

Would be interesting to monitor CA's EQ activity following these clouds. If that is a recent video, like today.

What is frightening is that these clouds DO have an iridescent glow to them!

I know what you're talking about... I have seen images of those type as well. But the pattern shown in OP's video is the "trademark" type of cloud that is commonly referred to as Earthquake clouds. Check Google and you'll see numerous examples, as well as possible explanatory articles.

I agree that I have seen the "iridescent" types of clouds before, but have always chalked that up to the moisture in the clouds and the angle of the sun. Have a look at 0:13 in the video. You can see a little shimmer of color change as the scene pans.

I'm in the inland empire and they have been spraying all day. The clouds look just like that here right now. It's HAARP.

No conspiracy involved. It's not HAARP, TPTB, or whatever the crap else you blame.

Well I've heard by multiple GLPers that, that particular haarp site is unreliable. I forget the name of the guy who runs it, but I guess he's a fraud?

That irridescent glow comes from chemtrail clouds. Sometimes a pink/green/orange glow shows up. I've even seen small sections of chemtrails that have since formed into larger clouds show small sections that have odd, cut off rainbows in them.

It's definitely HAARP...I'm in Utah and have been seeing the exact same thing here in the "clouds" today...the radial/ripple look, rainbow-colored around the sun.

Awww. BUT That's not as FUN!
