Everything, from peanut butter to spaghetti sauce, contains GLUCTOSE-FRUCTOSE. Diabetes, anyone? Obesity, anyone? Nothing with that stuff gets into the shopping cart.

Everything, from peanut butter to spaghetti sauce, contains GLUCTOSE-FRUCTOSE. Diabetes, anyone? Obesity, anyone? Nothing with that stuff gets into the shopping cart. Quoting: 13th-Century Exactly that is the problem with any packaged foods. Sugar is in so many foods which are labelled "healthy". I could not believe that even Taco seasoning had 43% sugar! who would have thought that?? To the world I am just a number, but the Lamb of God He knows me by my name.
