fake and big wigs who do such for thugs. I had a hard time, or my mother did with mine when I was 16, because she "HAD" to marry my Father as I was on the way and she hid that forever, didn't want the proof. Even though I knew my
real father, and my mother had separated, but I assume I she needed to cover dates.

Later I needed that certificate to get on social security, because I had a new birth certificate not long after I was 16 as my step dad adopted me then and the church would not release it. So Social Security had to accept what I had, the birth date was still accurate.

I did NOT need a Birth Certificate when I got my first Driver's License. Nor did I need a Social Security Card.

Back in the good ol days ALL you needed was an address of where you lived and passing the driving tests. (even foreigners could get a DL back then with only a local address and nothing else - didn't even have to show a passport. Knew several who came to the US, not all legally - think Irish - and they just waltzed in that first week here in the states while living temporarily with someone, gave them that address, took the test and KABOOM, they were a licensed driver in the US.)

It is only with computers and increasing government control over the population that they now have all those requirements as to who may get a Drivers License.

CIA operatives have access to any documents and background's (legends) that they need for the assignment.
