Not quite everybody. There is no shame in having to be resurrected to be alive for the 1,000 years. It isn't like we can do anything to change the split that comes with the 7th trump. Say the 2/3 all go to hell as their punishment, when hell is emptied at the Great White Throne event those 2/3 are given pardons rather than being sent to the fiery lake as 'extra punishment'.

The 'real rapture' where men leave the planet includes leaving the universe also as the Great White Throne event is in a place called the 'third heaven' and the ones in the verse below are the ones that have had life for the whole 1,000 years that Satan has been in chains are taken away when the fire from God in Heaven is sending the fallen angels to the lake.

He is going to rise to power from the US. He will take over as president of the world via Europe. Europe Union will decide to hold an election for a new president of Europe. The US president will be nominated for the position and will win the election by an overwhelming majority. He will accept this new role and will not step down from his current role as US President...

It is not Jesus or God who brings on the massacres. Jesus is given a scroll to open, this process is the act of redeeming the world back from Satan. Satan fights this to all the way. God has been restraining Satan for years, now he lets go and lets Satan have his way so that he can put an end to the madness at the end. Not all believers will be killed. There are many, many left behind "for the sake of the elect" the times are cut short. Those believers left alive will be the ones that Jesus reigns over after he has redeemed the world back to himself.
