Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19559803 [link to www.examiner.com] Yes and it wasn't by accident. And here is another seemingly "manufactured" tick borne disease! If you get bitten by the "lone star tick" from VA you can develop an allergy to red meat! WTF [link to www.rodale.com] |

Lyme is a political cover-up. No different than gulf war illness. I suggest you watch the documentary Under Our Skin on Hulu for free. It provides a basic understanding of Lyme and the political nightmare it has become. I don't like to watch videos when I have the ability to read. Are there any documents or transcribed interviews with important people you could point me to if you are so sure there is a cover-up? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 22892874 United States 11/15/2012 10:40 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It is not transmitted by mosquitos. It is a blood borne pathogen excreted through the saliva of a deer tick. It is not viral or bacteria but a spirocehete which is treatable with antibiotics. The tick needs to be embedded for 24-48 hours for transmission to occur. If you catch it in the first week a single dose of amoxicillin or doxycycline will eradicate the pathogen. If not it may require a regimen of IV antibiotics over several weeks. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1570485 Not true. My son has been to every LYME symposium with the top doctors in the world..( He as money) All that info you have read is now bull..It takes MONTHS possibly years to cure this.. I even know of a guy here who has spent 300k to find a cure..he hasn't. The reason it is soo hard to cure is trying to determine which co-infetions you have with Lyme. I know I have at least have bartonella, babesia, and mycoplasma along with Lyme. I only tested positive for mycoplasma. The longer it lays dormant the less likely you are to get a positive results. OP if all of you had a positive lyme test, you have likely not had it long. I was dx clinically due to symptoms and the cd57 results. I have been tested through Igenix and labcorp with negative results but I am sure I have it. I have had the bartonella rash too. OP do any of you faint or just dizzy? I faint a lot now. |

It also can go into MS, ALS, etc. I have gotten Psoriatic Arthritis since Lyme which I believe was due to my weakened immune system. It is very common for lyme to go into other diseases. |

It has to be transmissible by air? Saliva? What? How did we all get it? He knew he got bit but we did not get bit by anything. IGENICS blood test all came back positive. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14553694 nightmare dude, so sorry. gov. only recognizes antibiotics as remedy. however sometimes antibiotics do not work. usually when lyme returns second third fourth time they, antibiotics, become less & less potent. forcing you to turn to alternative healers. once you do that many traditional doctors will refuse to help you for insurance reasons. do not initially tell them until you become comfortable with them or they potentially can cut u off. I kno that is the opposite of what doctors tell you but the system is run by insurance company bureaucracy and everyone needs to make those difficult decisions to get the treatment they need. be wary of docs that rely solely or heavily on antibiotics. lyme is a very individual disease it finds what is already weak in host and makes you weaker. antibiotics are blanket cures that sometimes do more damage than good. can be devastating to digestive system. this is my experience with the disease and may not be tru for others. nutritionalist are also good to see that probably helped me the most. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 20193680 United States 11/15/2012 02:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My wife just got diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease, currently inactive and has seemingly never crossed her blood brain barrier, even though she has probably had it for twenty plus years. Quoting: Saddletramp Her symptoms have been persistent for years and years, though relatively mild compared to some people. She's been very lucky really, some people get severe dementia from this shit... Anyway, she gets to start a six month run of oral antibiotics, and if that doesn't get it, they run a central line and give IV antibiotics for another three months (which would totally suck). The treatment is hard, and hard on you, but I hear from people who have beaten Lyme Disease, it's well worth it... Make sure she takes pro-biotics! Yes, look into this as long term anti biotics causes vulnerability to fungal infections... not that big of a deal as long as you are aware of it (yogurt helps ) God Bless |

It has MORPHED. No, it's no longer just from ticks. OP is right. Others are correct, also, who point out that it is a man-made disease, because it was developed in a lab... Plum Island. But that was just the beginning, decades ago. Now it has been further refined and is dropping as an aerosol from chemtrails. For those who are still calling chemtrails a crazy conspiracy theory, tell that to Clifford Carnicom who has spent the past 15 years of his life, and the funds from his own retirement, reporting on this and studying this incredible attack worldwide on the human species. It's not geoengineering. It is genocide. [link to www.carnicominstitute.org] HEADS UP! Antibiotics aren't curing or healing chemtrail-caused diseases, like Morgellons disease, or crippling and pain-enducing ailments like arthritis, asthma, Lyme disease or hepatitis. Each one of these known medical conditions has been declared incurable. |
