If you don't like the laws where you live then move...smart business moves when they are taxed too much or the laws interfere with their business, they don't waste time and money fighting it...

He should claim it's a flower garden.
Even vegetables flower occasionally! The beauty of a potato-plant flower exceeds many commercial blooms in my opinion.


The law is an ASS, and it seems it is now every citizen's duty to figure out the LOOPHOLES for himself/herself.

I do not see why a vegetable garden would not increase property value. Having vegetables growing in his lawn would be a sign of fertile ground. There are many benefits to living on fertile soil.
If he had a bunch of trash and junk in his front yard this would be more understandable.
But a vegetable garden is beneficial to everyone.

Why not the back yard or side yard?
Its just like these people here to do that.

Plant, potatoes, another plant, flowers, vegetables, more flowers, plants.
