That's been the measure all along.
Being sane sucked.

No it's more like anyone who does not behave as TPTB wish and does not conform with their agenda can be labelled with a mental illness.

For example IF it suited their agenda and you were actually afraid they would diagnose you as paranoid delusional/schitzo.

Now that you know the truth...you know what NOT to do.

Let them enjoy the fear, and, you find something else to do.

-Every living thing senses its environment, makes predictions about which action will lead to it feeling the best, and then takes that action

-When your senses are giving you an accurate model of your environment, and your brain is able to make accurate predictions, you are SANE

-If your senses are lying to you- as in a hallucination, you are INSANE

SCENARIO 1. An insane person might think his best friend is a sandwich and try to eat him. His mind was working fine. Eating a sandwich would have been tasty. But his senses were not being processed correctly. He was HALLUCINATING. DESLUSIONAL.

SCENARIO 2. An insane person is looking at his friend. He gets an urge to kill him and kills him without making any predictions about the outcome of his actions. This impulsive behavior is also called INSANE. He was impulsive, irrational, unreasonable.

So... is living in fear and being controlled insane?

Well, you need to ask yourself two questions.

1. Is there something to be afraid of? Are your senses working correctly?

2. Can you think of a behavior that will result in a better outcome? Are you making an accurate prediction of the best outcome?

being well adjusted to an insane society is no sign of personal sanity - mental hygene is not the same as physical hygene - the last thing you want to do to your consciousness is to sterilize it...

from what Ive gathered triggers are memories of unfare punishments causeing trama inwitch one is unable to cope in the presence of

if enough are triggered at once a full mental malfunction can occure

education is a form of industrial espionage whereas national does not exist as all wars are simply trade greed

parents reenforces tramatic lies through punishments

greed is a form of tramatisation that gathers momenton from an ever incresing market of falti porducts and a tramatic education system
