Most heart attacks happen in the morning when people are taking their first "constitutional" of the day, from pressure on the heart caused by bearing down to push one out. While he was extremely intelligent he also had hobbies like making hotsauce. Once you saw past the face you realized he was just like all of us. Just trying to be what he wanted to be.
