If you control the money, you can control everything. It's ridiculous

The Fed controls interest rates and our entire financial system by buying and selling..

What to drop interest rates? They just start buying everything. Bonds from banks.

Then because all of the banks have so much money and there is so much money in the system, they have to lower interest rates to get banks to borrow.


But imagine... what if instead of lowering interest rates they wanted to...

lower the price of solar panels? They could just target industries and banks that buy solar panels. And they could flood them with money.

All of the sudden, the price of solar panels would plummet.

What if they wanted to raise the price of gasoline?

They could just NOT give any money to the gas industry.

It's like the entire world is their garden, and they have a water hose. They dictate what thrives and what dies. It's insane.
